Thieves break in PC Bhurban Murree: Thieves have found a way to steal cash belonging to the guests, from the lockers of different rooms of the Pearl Continental (PC) Bhurban Murree.
The management of five-star hotel had to report the matter to concerned police station when the guests started complaining that the cash kept in lockers of the guest rooms was being stolen.
The Chief Security Officer of the PC Bhurban caught an alleged thief and handed him over to Phagwari Police Station for further investigation.
The chief security officer of the PC Bhurban filed an FIR in the police station which maintained that for the past one month, the management of the hotel starts receiving complaints of customers of different rooms that their cash which was kept in lockers was disappearing.
As a chief of the security, Syed Colonel (Retired) Asad Shah Bukhari started conducting investigation into the matter.
Then he learnt that Awais Kiyani who is the resident of Daival, Tehsil Murree and who works with SGS Company for conducting fumigation spray was allegedly involved in this process.
The chief of the security inquired from Kiyani to which he revealed that he had duplicate keys of the lockers and he used to take cash out of lockers with the help of these keys.
Colonel (Retired) Shah, feared that the alleged thief could have other accomplices as this job cannot be done alone. The police has started investigation into the matter.
