Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) who is a declared honest and trustworthy person by apex court of the country, continues to be described as the father of Tyrian Jade White in the international media, contrary to his stance over the matter in Pakistan.
Imran Khan has never publicly acknowledged Tyrian Jade as his daughter in Pakistan and he also never mentioned her in his nomination papers over here, contrary to several news items suggesting that Imran Khan as the father of Jyrian Jade White.
Recently the social media and mainstream media has been carrying items and stories about Imran Khan and Tyrian Jade White.
Recently Daily Mail, a leading English newspaper of the United Kingdom ran a story about Jemima Goldsmith who is the former wife of Imran Khan and the newspaper mentioned Tyrian Jade White as the daughter of Imran Khan.
The news article states about the miseries and difficulties in the life of Jemima Goldsmith which she has faced and mentions Tyrian Jade White as the daughter of Imran Khan.
Tyrian Jade White is allegedly the love child of Imran Khan from Sita White and a petition has already been filed in the Islamabad High Court seeking Imran Khan’s disqualification for allegedly concealing his daughter, Tyrian White in his nomination papers.
Recently the Islamabad High Court had constituted a larger bench to hear a plea seeking Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chief Imran Khan’s disqualification for allegedly concealing his daughter, Tyrian Jade White, in his nomination papers.
The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Amir Farooq consists of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.
Muhammad Sajid who is petitioner in the case, in his plea maintains that while the former premier has denied allegations that he has a daughter, he refrains from commenting on the matter now, allegedly “because he knows that there is evidence against him, reported a local newspaper.
The applicant is seeking the PTI chief’s disqualification under Article 62(i)(f) on the grounds that the concealment of the alleged daughter renders him unfit for office.
Tyrian Jade White was allegedly born out of wedlock with Imran Khan’s former lover Sita White.
According to some media reports in 1997, a court in California passed a default judgment declaring Tyrian White as Imran Khan’s daughter after he refused to take a DNA test.
The former premier of Pakistan never acknowledged Tyrian White as his daughter in his nomination papers which is required under the law to contest election in the country.
The complaint in the case against Imran Khan refers to an affidavit by him for the bypolls held in August 2022 for nine constituencies in the National Assembly in which there is no mention of Tyrian as his daughter.
The applicant is of the view that by not mentioning his daughter’s name, the former premier did not act as “sagacious, righteous, honest and a man of good character in terms of Article 62 of the Constitution.
